What is the cost of shipping? We charge a Convenience Fee, which includes:
(a) Platform Fee
Flat platform charges of ₹29, applicable to all customers (including Prive Users) for platform upkeep, onboarding the most stylish brands on the platform, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
(b) Packaging & Delivery Fee
₹70/- for order value up to ₹499/-
₹20/- for order value above ₹500/- up to ₹999/-
Free delivery for all orders above ₹1000/- and above ₹149/- for Prive Platinum Users
(c) Additional Fee
Chargeable to customers with higher return records to ensure a hassle-free return experience, covering the additional cost of logistics and customer support engagement. This additional fee may be waived if returns per order reduce.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time the order is placed, it takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders to reach you.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, please note that your products may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery times are indicative and, on rare occasions, there may be unavoidable delays. We’ll keep you informed in case of such delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We strive to deliver your products within the estimated delivery window. If your order hasn’t reached by the expected date, please contact us at hello@coloredustry.in and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track your package from the “My Order” section.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
What is the return policy on Coloredustry?
Most of our products are eligible for returns and replacements for domestic orders. Some items, such as made-to-order products, are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for each product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the product is eligible for return or replacement, you can raise a return/replacement request through the "My Order" section in the app within 7 days of delivery. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact and in their original packaging are eligible for returns or replacements.
How are returns processed?
Once you’ve requested a return, a pickup will be arranged for the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 3-5 business days of your request. Once the pickup is complete, your refund will be processed.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through the "My Order" section. You can also write to us at hello@coloredustry.in or call us on 1800-266-3333 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM).
Coloredustry reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior customer confirmation and may verify the order before shipping, which could include obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product?
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the bank account/credit/debit card used for payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to provide their bank details or UPI ID for the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days. For returns, refunds will be initiated after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Please note some items may not be returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product doesn’t fit and you would like a different size, please request a size exchange through the "My Order" section or customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size or fit alterations may be available for orders placed within India. Our team will assist with size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. If the size isn’t available, we’ll offer you the option to return the product
