Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping? We charge a Convenience Fee, which includes:

(a) Platform Fee
Flat platform charges of ₹29, applicable to all customers (including Prive Users) for platform upkeep, onboarding the most stylish brands on the platform, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

(b) Packaging & Delivery Fee
₹80/- for order value up to ₹1499/-
Free delivery for all orders above ₹1500/

(c) Additional Fee
Chargeable to customers with higher return records to ensure a hassle-free return experience, covering the additional cost of logistics and customer support engagement. This additional fee may be waived if returns per order reduce.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time the order is placed, it takes about 8-15 days for domestic orders and 20-25 days for international orders to reach you.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, please note that your products may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery times are indicative and, on rare occasions, there may be unavoidable delays. We’ll keep you informed in case of such delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We strive to deliver your products within the estimated delivery window. If your order hasn’t reached by the expected date, please contact us at labelkanha@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track your package from the “My Order” section.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location.


Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

We do not provide any return facility.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through the "My Order" section. You can also write to us atalabelkanha@gmail.com  or call us on 9414757170 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM).

LabelKanha reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior customer confirmation and may verify the order before shipping, which could include obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product?

The refund will be processed back to the bank account/credit/debit card used for payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to provide their bank details or UPI ID for the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days. For returns, refunds will be initiated after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
As we don’t have any return / exchange policy please cross check your size correctly before ordering from our size chart provided. We keep a margin of 2 inches inside our product in case of any sizing issue .
